At the October 2019 Piedmont Patch talk, Orange County Master Gardeners Frances and Bill Harris showed us how they transformed a half-acre square of lawn around their downtown Hillsborough home into a garden oasis with a mix of native and non-native ornamentals, proving that these plants can be friends in the landscape.
